An important part of the project has been to attend external seminars and meetings to share our knowledge about the SNOWBAL methods to other projects, decision makers and environmental organisations. Face to face meetings were an important tool for Estonia and Latvia to influence policy makers. In Sweden the report on bottlenecks has been able to be spread via stakeholders who have been able to influence policy makers.
