One important part of the project has been to analys and develop the SNOWBAL methods to optimise them for biodiversity and rural economy while pin-pointing bottlenecks. All partners have put together a report on identifying ad removing bottlenecks in management of natural grasslands and wetlands. This report and conclusions have been used in the work to influence the new Rural Development Program (RDP).
An evaluation of the economics and nutrient run-off from a few "real" farms was put together in a report. The results from this will be used by our stakeholder WWF abd others to spread good examples of farms around the baltic sea.
A report on evaluating grassland managment and biodiversity has been put together from new data collected in the project. The results from this work will continue to be spread. Management plans for farms has also been put together in Sweden and spread to partners and others.
